About this tool
How it works
When you paste a link, we read the public YouTube page for the current views, likes and comments. That check is saved in this browser with the time it was made, and opening the same video again saves another one.
From these checks we work out the change since your last check, the change since your first check and the average gain per day, and draw them as a line chart.
Your history stays in this browser
There is no sign-up and no server storage. The history lives only in this browser's storage and is never sent to us.
- Other devices and browsers won't see it.
- Clearing site data or browsing history deletes it.
- Up to 20 videos are kept, and you can export a CSV to keep a copy.
Useful from the first visit
Even with a single check, we show the average views per day since the video was published: the current views divided by the days since it went up. Videos that got most of their views early will look faster than they are now. Once you have two or more checks, the average comes from the real change between them.
Good for
- Watching how fast a new upload grows in its first days
- Comparing the pace before and after you change a title or thumbnail
- Seeing whether a popular video on another channel is still growing
