These Terms are a translation of the Korean original. If they differ, the Korean version prevails (see section 11).
1. Agreement
By using ytwise (the "Service") or running a lookup, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides free tools that read publicly available YouTube pages and show information and estimates about videos and channels. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.
3. No affiliation with YouTube
ytwise is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube or Google. YouTube is a trademark of Google LLC.
4. Nature of results
All results are for reference only. ytwise does not guarantee their accuracy or completeness, and you are responsible for decisions based on them.
- Monetization verdicts are estimates based on ad signals on public pages, not determinations published by YouTube.
- Earnings figures are estimates calculated from public view counts and our RPM assumptions, and may differ significantly from actual earnings.
- The shadowban check reports observed search visibility and public signals; it does not confirm any penalty.
- Results reflect the time and region of the check and may differ from what YouTube shows now.
You must not present results from the Service as official YouTube data or as established facts about a creator.
5. Prohibited uses
You agree not to:
- scrape the Service by automated means or send repeated requests beyond normal personal use;
- bypass lookup limits, security checks or other protections;
- use results to harass, defame or impersonate a creator;
- republish images or use them commercially without the rights holder's permission;
- use content in a way that breaks the law or YouTube's Terms of Service; or
- interfere with the normal operation of the Service.
We may restrict such use without prior notice.
6. Third-party content and images
Thumbnails, profile pictures and banners belong to their creators. Use them for personal reference only, and get the rights holder's permission before republishing or commercial use. ytwise does not store these images; your browser downloads them directly from YouTube's servers. Rights holders can request removal through the Contact page.
7. Our rights
The design, text and code of the Service, and the calculations and methodology we create, belong to us. YouTube content belongs to its respective owners.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided free of charge and as is. All or part of it may be paused for maintenance, because YouTube changed its pages, or because of excessive use. Daily lookup limits may apply to free use.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make based on results, or for indirect or special damages. This doesn't apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, or to liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are written in Korean and translated into other languages. If a translation differs from the Korean original, the Korean original prevails unless the law of your country requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We announce changes on this page and on the site at least 7 days before they take effect, or 30 days before for changes that are unfavorable to you. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you agree to the updated Terms.
